  7. Hi Everyone!

I'm Kathy Ivan and I write Romantic Suspense (usually with paranormal elements). If you like taut edge-of-your-seat mystery/suspense with lots of hot steam romance, I'm your girl! My current release, Desperate Choices, is available from Carina Press. It's also available as audio book at Audible.com.

We've launched this blog in order to provide readers with a place to come and find out things about how a writer works to bring them the best possible stories, answer questions, and possible threw in a few free reads, too!

Temptation Thursdays which is the first Thursday of each month, we will be posting five sentences from current books/stories being written from several our authors, published and unpublished.

So drop by every Tuesday and Thursday (as well as other specially scheduled days--check out our calendar on the right sidebar). Hopefully we'll keep you entertained.

    Welcome!

    Kathy Ivan

  26. I just LOVE that header!! Nothing quite like girly fun!! lol.

Always love a fun blog and especially love finding new things to read.

I read and write romantic women's fiction and thanks to folks like Liz Lipperman and Wendy Watson have discovered I like curling up with a good Cozy Mystery as well!

What fun we're all going to have!!

What's everyone reading at the moment? I just finished a romantic comedy by Jane Graves, Black Ties and Lullabies - and am about to read an oldy from Jodi Thomas that I somehow missed - a Texas Historical When a Texan Gambles.

  27. Good question, Chris

I just finished Yours to Keep by Shannon Stacey (Carina Press author who made NYT list with this book). Really, really good contemporary romance.

Next up is not a romance--Ghost Story by Jim Butcher. (Love Harry Dresden books.)

  56. I'm the insidious Pantser who has infiltrated the Plotting Princesses. There has to be a moustachioed villain in every story, so I guess I'm it. [Although, I am having the moustache lasered off.]
Vwa-ha-ha! Watch out my pretties - the wicked Pantser of the south is here.
But seriously, these other authors are so much fun I couldn't resist joining.
